GEODÉZIA Ltd. was founded in 1990 with the participation of 14 indviduals and a corporation. The Ltd. started to work with 2 branch offices in Baja and Paks, and a head office in Szekszárd with ca. 30 employees in the beginning. 

Later in 1993 GEODÉZIA Ltd. became a private company.

In the beginning of the 90’s our company took part in the works of land privatisation, and developed the communication infrastructure.

The company connected first to the National Cadastral Program in 1997, charged with the responsibility of producing Hungary’s digital surveying base maps.

As a part of the realization process of the personal assets laws, Geodézia Ltd. successfully surveyed the public utility networks and later managed to develop a flourishing relationship with numerous dominant utility companies.

Our colleagues participated in the construction of  infrastructural and industrial facilities of national significance.

The company’s activity was characterized by consistent operation and continuous development. The number of colleagues grew up to 60 a few years later, and stabilized at this amount. Rented offices were replaced continuously with private offices and a new branch office was opened in Dunaújváros in 2003.

The key to GEODÉZIA’s success comes from the highly qualified manpower and the ever-growing experience. Therefore we always support the education of our colleagues and their participation in conferences.

The technical and technological development and the increase of effectiveness are very important for the company. As the first surveyor company with a 3D laser scanner in Hungary, we provide costumised technology solutions for both government and private institutions. Since 2014 with the creation of our mobile mapping system we are able to offer complete geometrical surveys of transportation routes.

The third keystone of the company’s activity is the Quality Management. The company has been certificated with quality management system by ISO (9001) since 2001, which is regurarly regenerated. The management and the colleagues are both committed to qualitative surveying works.

Due to these results GEODÉZIA Ltd. is on strong financial and technical foundation, with a nationwide reputation in Hungary, and hegemony in its region.
